Technology Student Association (TSA)
The Technology Student Association (TSA) is the "only student organization devoted exclusively to the needs of students interested in technology. Open to students enrolled in or who have completed technology education courses, TSA’s membership includes over 150,000 middle and high school students in 2,000 schools spanning 48 states. TSA is supported by educators, parents and business leaders who believe in the need for a technologically literate society. Members learn through exciting competitive events, leadership opportunities and much more. The diversity of activities makes TSA a positive experience for every student. From engineers to business managers, our alumni credit TSA with a positive influence on their lives."

Women@NASA Virtual Mentoring Project Women@NASA has created a virtual mentoring project that offers a one-of-a-kind experience to middle school girls across the country. Once accepted into the G.I.R.L.S. (Giving Initiative and Relevance to Learning Science) 5-week program, participants will be mentored by Women@NASA using Skype or Google Chat, and complete online lessons to learn what it takes to change the world through STEM fields. Shippensburg University's Annual Math/Computer Day for high school students The Mathematics Club and the Programming Team at Shippensburg University are sponsoring their annual SU Math Contest and Programming Contest. Students from over fifty high schools from the central Pennsylvania region have been invited.
The Math Contest will consist of an individual test and a team quiz bowl for high school juniors. High school students of any grade are invited to participate in the Programming Contest. Teams will try to develop programs to correctly solve as many of the six contest problems as they can. The contest is typically held in March.
